- Request Window: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery (if items ship separately, 7 days starts when the final package is delivered).
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
- Processing Time: 5–7 business days once your return is received. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
