• U.S. warehouse items: Usually arrive within 2–5 business days
• Overseas warehouse items: Usually arrive within 5–10 business days

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. That’s why we make returns simple and transparent, following our trusted Trendsi return guidelines. Please review our return guidelines below:

• Eligibility: Clothing must be unworn, with original tags and the clear garment bag containing the SKU label.
• Request Window: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery (if items ship separately, 7 days starts when the final package is delivered).
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
• Processing Time: 5–7 business days once your return is received. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Final Sale Items (Not returnable): Beauty, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, and Openpack wholesale orders.
• Restocking Fee: Items that don’t meet requirements may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined.
